So i just got back, and happy to say it wasn't a waste of money. I really enjoyed it, obviously it was over clichéd but it was a really good storey. Its not for everyeone, but if u like out there type movies......

its a good storey.

i went to it with my trany friend. it was really funny, and the storey is sooo sweet, in a twisted werid way........but i somehow understand where they are coming from.

It was okay. My girlfriend didn't like the fact they got a girl to play the lead when there are plenty of real trannys who could use the work. I didn't like how she was a total prick in dealing with her past. Decent, not cry worthy.

Felicity Huffman was excellent in this movie.

Yes, the movie is a little clichéd, but it's very enjoyable. It's actually a pretty funny movie. The character development is excellent and because of this, there are several scenes in the movie that will make you cringe. You'll know it when you see it.

The movie doesn't drag; it's very well-paced. I don't see the harm in waiting for this movie on DVD, though. It's not one of those must-sees in the theatre.
