The Alien is a staple in the breakbeat community and not one to be missed. Matty Q (Rype) DnB Stage: DJ Soda (twentyHz, C1rca) DJ Soda's background is firmly rooted in breakbeats. A leading DJ and promoter in the Vancouver breaks scene, Soda has graced the decks with many of the world’s top breaks DJs and producers. Over the last few years Soda has turned his ear to spinning drum n bass. Opening for Ed Rush & Optical, High Contrast, Aphrodite, and Marcus Visionary over the past year alone. Owner of "Full Spectrum Breakbeat" label twentyHz Music and producing under the alias Karma with studio partner Matty Pacific, Soda keeps himself immersed in the music he loves.... the love of the breaks. ill-esha (PH1, 6th Boro Clothiing, Breakbeat Science) ill-esha plays all styles of broken beat: d&b/jungle, breaks, hip hop, downtempo, 2step and oldskool, and has performed with names like De La Soul, Andy C, Dara, AK 1200, Dieselboy, Usual Suspects, Klute, LTJ Bukem, and Mickey Finn.
